Das im Rahmen des Europäischen Programms ERASMUS + geförderte Projekt „Diversities@Work“ vereint Organisationen aus Italien, Spanien, Österreich, Belgien und Bulgarien und zielt auf die Bekämpfung der Diskriminierung der LGBT-Gruppe (Lesben, Homosexuelle, Bisexuelle und Transsexuelle) sowie auf die Entwicklung eines neuen Konzepts der Vielfalt durch sexuelle Orientierung als produktive Ressource zur Erhöhung des Geschäftspotenzial von Unternehmen.
Diversities@Work soll durch die Entwicklung von Werkzeugen und Methoden die Zielgruppe der HR-Experten, Unternehmensberater und Unternehmer bei der Erlangung jenes Verständnisses und jener Fähigkeiten, die für die Einführung oder Verbesserung von LGBT Policies am Arbeitsplatz erforderlich sind, unterstützen.
Als Grundlage zur Entwicklung dieser Werkzeuge und Methoden betrachten wir die Erhebung und Analyse der effektiven Bedürfnisse der Unternehmen im Bereich der LGBT-Vielfalt als unbedingt erforderlich. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir Sie, diesen Fragebogen auszufüllen, denn dadurch werden wir wertvolle Informationen für die nächste Projektphase erlangen.
Die Fragen richten sich an Unternehmer/innen, HR-Expert/innen, Unternehmensberater/innen.

All the responses of the online survey (questionnaire) you would give are treated as confidential and will only be analysed in anonymous, aggregated form. All the research and other project results will be presented in aggregated form. If you would leave us your e-mail address or your telephone number, it may be used solely for continue with a face to face interview and/or focus group for collect further information, communication in the project realization issues and solely under the condition of giving us your consent for such a contact. No personal information will be gathered by us without your previous consent. On each stage of the project realization you have the right to have a part or all the data of yours removed from our database or to have them updated.
For this purpose we invite the persons concerned to not put any kind of identifying data in the questionnaire. The data controller of the survey is:

How do we treat e-mails you send us?
Many web pages on the Project Website have a “Contact” button, which activates your e-mail software and invites you to send your comments to a specific functional mailbox. When you send such a message, your personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to reply.
